I want to see the source of a web page that blocks Right-Click as well as has no tool bar or menu bar to do the "View - Source" from.
Similarly, how can I find out URL this page is running from?
Any idea?

Believe it or not, the F12 key is your friend. ;D If you run Windows XP, Vista, or 7, pressing the F12 key will open an HTML/XHTML window. It's displayed as a root file like XML, but it contains all the html source code on the page. I'm not sure about older computers, but give the F12 key a shot! Have fun! :D

Press "local menu" button on keyboard, next to the right Windows button. Most script disable only the action of right click, just a few disable directly the local menu that appears with rght click or by pressing the local menu button. If this isn't work, then you can reach directly the Source
In Firefox:
View/View source (shortcut: CTRL+U)
IE
View/Source
So easy.
