Question:
How can I get rid of these rogue antispyware programs?

Whatever I do, I can't get rid of them. It will not allow me to run any genuine antispyware programs, I can't open task manager, etc. I can't use search engines because I just redirected to other useless shite.

I have run various antispyware programs in safe mode but the rogues still remain. I have 'Security Master AV' at the moment, however new ones seem to appear after every restart.

I hope someone can help, I can do a format of my HDD if absolutely necessary, but would my personal files (photos, word files, etc) be infected?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You need to use malwarebytes in safe mode. Go to safe mode and google malwarebytes. Click the first link and download the program. Run a quick scan, click remove selected and restart your computer. IF that does not work tell me the name of the virus and I will update my response.

UPDATE

No problem, I'll be waiting to see what happens.

UPDATE

No problem man, Glad everything worked out.

Remove Security Master AV

Security Master AV Removal Toolis a small and lightweight application that will help you to remove the fake antivirus - Security Master AV. Security Master AV is a fake antivirus which will infect the computer after a Trojan opens a backdoor on the computer. Normally this program is installed to the computer without the permission of the users when they visit some websites.

Security Master AV start automatically when the computer boot. It will scan the infected computer and shows that the computer has been infected by many malwares. In fact, the computer is infected by itself! Then, Security Master AV will persuade the user to purchase the license in order to activate it. This fake antivirus should be removed immediately.

LOL 750+ infections? That's incredible.

One question - are you still getting redirected in the search engines? I know from experience that after you get one of these fake antivirus programs, they will actually install a separate virus called the "Google Redirect Virus". This virus is extremely difficult to remove, and is likely to still be on your system if you had it in the first place.

It's quite easy to guess what the Google Redirect Virus does - it will basically send your search clicks to some random website. This infection works in a different way to most viruses, making it essential that you're able to remove it in the most complete way. The problem is that this virus will just change a few settings on your PC, and consequently make it extremely difficult for most of the popular antivirus / anti-malware programs to remove it. (Most viruses install their own files / applications which are easy to identify & remove).

This means that if you're still getting redirected in the search results, it's highly recommended that you use a program called "ComboFix" to get rid of the virus. You can see how to do this here:

Rogue Remover and SuperAntiSpyware are the two good. SuperAntiSpyware detects a larger verity of threats alongside with secret agent ware, trogans, malware, and rogue classes notwithstanding if it takes up fairly some device components. Rogue Remover in basic terms detects rogue classes yet is far less stressful on device components.

I had this same virus. Hijacked my browser, gave me annoying pop ups, slowed down my system, the whole nine yards. Nothing tried worked until I got this program at

I was able to get rid of the virus in a few minutes. I highly recommend it!

To ward off any dubious activities and to combat viruses already present on a computer system, I suggest you take a look at:

http://www.pcthreat.com/removers.html

If your system has been infected, you will be informed as to which PC threat is prevalent on the system, and be provided with removal instructions accordingly.

Remember to always keep your antivirus and anti-spyware applications up to date and fully functional.

I use spybot S&D from http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html they also do a bootable CD for download which should get rid of any malware prior to the OS starting but I have not tried this myself because I have not needed to.
