how can i stop them ???
they offer CRACK softwares , Serial Numbers , and totally their activity is Illigall

As bad as this seems, serials/cracks/bootleg software is ALL over the internet. It is very hard to shut down websites like these too. I am not familiar with this specific website, but they probably don't host the illegal software, they just link to it. And I'm curious, why exactly do you want to shut down the website? Are you a software creator and did you find any of your products cracked there? Or do you have something agains this specific website because there are literally hundereds of thousands of websites that offer the same cracks/serials/bootleg software.

sorry. It's not in the best interest of the hosting company to block them, as they earn money off of them. I've heard of the site and it seems to be breaking the law. This can only be done if their servers are in the U.S.
