My laptop (Vista 32 bit) is infected with this bloody Security Tool virus!!?

My laptop is infected with Security Tool and a few other infections i think. My free AVG antivirus ran out not long ago and since then i have been unable to successfully download a free antivirus. I can't afford to purchase one right now, and i'm fed up of managing to download ones that ONLY detect these problems and don't REMOVE them. What is the point, i know there is a problem, i didn't need a programme to tell me what i already know. SO if anyone has any useful advice on a free antivirus programme that will remove the infections etc please tell me. Also i'm not completely dumb with computers but please no techi jargon, i won't understand all of it (i found this with alot of 'help' on the internet). It's driving me crazy!
Cheers in advance to anyone who can help!! :)
Oh also i have tried Panda, AVG (again and again), Norton, Google Spyware with Anitvirus, STOPzilla. And i've also had that blue screen telling me to disable BIOS memory or whatever!
Apologises for this essay of a request, but i think i need to be specific, otherwise i'll get a few answers which won't help.

Or Manually:

Terminating the process:

1.I verify that a Rogue is present. This isn't hard, since it's usually popping up just about every few seconds.

2.Click CTRL-ALT-DELETE (if it's available)

3.Click Task Manager

4.Click Processes

5.Find a process that usually contain all numbers. For example 2342342.exe. If you do not see all numbers then your rogue has a name like...SystemSecurityPro.exe or GreenAV.exe...etc.

6.Select that process and click end process.

7.At this point the rogue process has been terminated.

Removing Rogue Anti-virus that is named with random numbers.

1.Click Start

2.Click Run (or for Vista type in the start search box)

3.For windows xp type: C:\documents and settings\all users\Application Data and click OK. A window will open containing a folder with about 8 numbers. Your Rogue is in there. Delete that folder.

4.For Windows Vista type C:\users\all users in the "start search" box and click enter. Your randomly named folder with about 8 digits should be in there. Delete it.

Removing Rogue Anti-Virus that has a name like System Guard Pro, AV2010, etc

Boot to safe mode with networking, and download malwarebytes antimalware

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Install it in safe mode, update it, run a full scan, and remove Security Tool.

If you cannot boot into safe mode, then use a bootable antivirus program

http://www.techmixer.com/multiple-antivirus-bootable-rescue-cd-utility-shardana-antivirus-rescue-disc-utility/

Follow the instructions on the website above about how to use it.

Note: you will need to do this on another computer.
