What is the file _ad73.dll?

Question

My Trend Micro Antivirus software found a virus in this file _ad73.dll
It says its in my C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\
I can not clean this file and my only choice is to delete this file from my computer but im not sure if this file is important or not. I don't know what to do now, Help!

Well its a dynamic library link,But its also only in your temporary internet files folder.So I don't think its a problem deleting it.Besides if it was a important system file that you needed it would likely be in the system 32 folder rather than your Temp folder.

It is a temporary folder, you can delete the whole folder, since it doesn't contain any system data, just recently downloaded/unpacked files.

If your not sure, don't delete it.
