Disable the System Restore feature on your computer. If this is still turned on, the system will restore any deleted files, including those infected by the Trojan horse. This can be done by going into the My Computer file and looking for the Performance option. Then select File System, Troubleshooting and Disable System Restore.

Turn on the computer and run it in safe mode. Restart the computer and when the words begin appearing on the screen, press the F8 key. This takes you to a new screen, where you'll select the safe mode option. Let the computer start as it regularly would before you continue.

Go into the Control Panel by clicking on the "Start" button at the bottom left-hand side of the screen and looking for the Control Panel. Select the Add or Remove Programs icon. The computer should then show a list of all programs existing on your system.

Look for programs that include Spyware or adware on your computer and select the Remove program option. Many users have found it helpful to look for programs that they didn't install and those that were installed when they downloaded a game or other program onto their computer.

Open the Windows System folder and delete all files that include the Trojan virus extension. Go through the list twice to make sure you removed all virus files. Then restart the computer in normal mode and check the folder again. If all the files are gone, you'll be ready to move on. If there are any remaining, remove them and restart the computer.

Could be a Proxy-Trojan! If you can, turn off your System Restore by right clicking>Properties>System Restore tab>check turn off System Restore box>Apply>OK.

To turn your PC off turn off the main switch + and at the same time Reset button. It could be at the back of your PC. If it doesn't work, just plug it off.

Now, get a memory stick or a CD and go to another PC connected to the Internet. Download 3 free anti-malware, and a good antivirus. Kaspersky is free for 3 month but it's the best. Avast or Avira. Download RKILL here (VERY IMPORTANT!): http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/rkill.com

You can find the other antimalware and antivirus on http://www.filehippo.com/software/antimalware/ (make sure, you have the right browser like Firefox or Google Chrome to download as it will be saved to a folder otherwise you can't save them or they'll be corrupted!) I recommend Ad-Aware (which is totally free) or Antimalwarebyte Anti-malware. Check for rootkits and get rid of them.

Now go to your PC, turn it on, wait for the BIOS screen (black screen with written info) press immediately F8 to go to options, go to Safe boot (no network); wait. A dialog box will appear: press OK. Now, install RKILL, then install your anti-malware but save it with a different name such as S1F2G3 (write it down to remember it). Now go to C:\LocalDisk\Programfiles\S1F2G3 and cut (Right click, choose cut) then go to your Desktop and paste it on an empty area. Now, run a full scan, full detection. Wait for several hours (depends on how many programs & files you have). [If you can't find it go to search and type in S1F2G3, check back up tape, and hidden folders, and uncheck sensitive case.]

Once finished, save the detected files to quarantine/vault. You can show them to the site of your anti-malware or even go to another technical sites for removing Trojans, malwares, etc. He will tell you if you can safely delete these files without messing up your PC (Some are attached to the system core of Windows).

Now Restart your PC, and go back to Safe Boot again. Install your Antivirus under a different name (just in case) and follow the same steps than for the anti-malware. But you don't have to remove the folder this time. Just run a full scan full power/detection once more. Wait again for a long time. And quarantine any detected files to check them later with the website of your antivirus or to a professional site for removal of viruses, etc.

That worked for mine! Good luck. Download a firewall to protect your PC fully.

Use Malewarebytes. Download it from www.malewarebytes.com and install it.

Update it and then run a full scan. At the end you will get the results and it will quarantine the trojan.
