Question:
How do I "clean out" information stored on my comp?

i don't want to just clear the history, I want it off any stored databases. like sites visited, pic downloads, video downloads, typed search words, ect.

I don't want people like my brother all in business when I take my comp to him for fixing.

thx!

start/control panel/internet options/delete history and tick off line history apply after before clicking of the page. or start recent items on windows box and delete manually last viewed make sure you do this also.or start search..... keywords what you are looking for then enter it will tell you where they r on ya computer.Windows media player has a clear option under library/ options /privacy/ click clear history caches if ticked untick save file and url history or you can wipe your drive by going on your h drive manufacturers website eg seagate and they have a tool to clear your h drive or simply re install windows and format drive then put a new copy of windows on its easier if it seems u have Porn on your computer hope this helps

Use CCleaner (free download) to clear all the junk.

You have to delete other files like your favorite porn videos and pictures manually.
