If all the prosedures with antispyware programs, scanning and deleting threads were made and your computer is still having problems you can try Hijack this program. It is free and very popular application.

HijackThis is a powerful and effective program specially created to detect and eliminate browser hijackers, plugins, unwanted programs and various malwares. The most important is that the program allows detecting viral threats which are even not included in any antispyware malware definition database. This must be the major advantage of the program as you can detect and eliminate infection that...

Antivirus xp 2009 is a new rogue anti-spyware program. It is also a clone of Antivirus 2008 - also a rogue, and one that's produced more clones than any other recently. The list of these clones is long: System Antivirus 2008, Ultimate Antivirus 2008, Vista Antivirus 2008, XP Antivirus 2008 etc.

Like any other of it's predecessors, Antivirus 2009 uses trojans, such as Zlob or Vundo, to spread. These trojans lurk in porn/warez websites disguised as video codecs, and, upon entering the system, floods the user with popups and fake system notifications, supposedly to inform him of an infection. While the system at hand may indeed be infected, Antivirus 2009 will inform the user of this regardless of whether it's true or not. The point of this disinformation is to convince the user he is infected and therefore needs an antispyware program to dispose of the threat. The user might click on one of the popups or notifications, all of which claim they will take him to a legitimate security tool, but try to make him purchase Antivirus 2009's "licensed version" instead.

Antivirus 2009 is a scam and should be treated as such: do NOT download or buy it and block it's homepage using your HOSTS file.

Manual removal of Antivirus 2009:

Antivirus 2009 Manual removal means that you have relevant skills for managing .dll files and PC registry. After you remove Antivirus 2009 manually (in case you have choisen this way of Antivirus 2009), we still highly recomend you due to the reasons explained above to perform free scan for malware. Follow the links in the article to perform the free scan.

Delete Antivirus 2009 files:

av2009.exe

Antivirus2009.exe

shlwapi.dll

wininet.dll

Antivirus 2009.lnk

Uninstall Antivirus 2009.lnk

Delete Antivirus 2009 registry entries:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Antivirus

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Antivirus

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\W... = “%ProgramFiles%\Antivirus 2009\Antvrs.exe”

Instead of using any anti-viruses the best way to get rid of a virus, is to get a program called "HijackThis". download it, and then it scans all of your processes and registries in your computer. And then subsequently you can delete any suspicious entries on your computer. Or download this program called "a-squared Hijack Free" it also does the same as "HijackThis".

They are both recommend programs in cases such as yours, if you are unable to find the virus, these programs will definitely find the major problem for. And then they will solve it for you.
