1. Go to www.ubuntu.com and download the latest version for your system.

2. Burn ubuntu to disc.

3. Boot from the disc.

4. Reformat your entire hard drive, creating at least one swap partition and one primary partition.

5. Install Ubuntu.

6. Never worry about malware again.

Go to www.malwarebytes.org and download MalwareBytes...the free tool is the one you want. Open this tool after the download completes and run a thorough scan. Remove your problem child and any other crapware found. After the removal is complete, go to www.piriform.com and download CCleaner. This tool is also free. Open the tool when the download completes (to ensure that the spyware didn't mess with your system registry). Click Registry, then click the Analyze button. Fix all issues found, then click the Analyze button again to ensure a clean pass and you should be good to go.

I would suggest your download Windows Security Essentials, which is FREE.

http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

Install this and run a full scan. Also, make sure that your proxy settings in your browser were not altered. Sometimes spyware and viruses will change your proxy settings which will redirect you to some other place.

Install, update, scan and clean with anti-malware programs like Malwarebytes AntiMalware http://antivirus-antispyware-removal-softwar.blogspot.com/ & SuperAntiSpyware from http://www.superantispyware.com/.

You may want to reconsider the AV that you use.

For a free AV you can try Avast, Avira, or MS Security Essentials. Free AVG won't protect you as well as the other free options.

The problem is in the online database, not your computer hardware. So,an anti-spyware programm won't really help.Uninstall your browser, and reinstall it again,so as to renew all the files and cookies. After that, you may want to change your Internet security settings from your Control Panel.Set them to a stricter level.Commercials are inevitable alas.

Run TDSS Killer from kaspersky.

Then run Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, Spyware Doctor, Superantispyware.

If this does not help, check your settings:

Disable proxy server in your browser, clean hosts file, remova all add-ons.
