Virus problem?

Question

Doesn anyone know of a free program or software that can get rid of viruses? I have norton anti virus it works fine and up to date. Problem is that it cant delete, clean or quarantine some viruses/trojans etc. because I believe its in a effective state where even my norton antivirus software can't help. Please someone tell me any other way to get rid of these stupid spyware/malware/trojans. Thanks
