trojan-relayer-highport? Help!!!?

Question

Hey everyone, today my computer contracted what spysweeper calls trojan-relayer-highport and I quarantined and restarted, but it appears to come back any time I open a program. From the text provided by the program it seems very serious, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me a way to permenantly get rid of this?
