try to re-install/repair your OS, just boot-up with the disc in your drive, otherwise starting in safe mode and doing a system restore may help?

you may have a crook cmos battery if your loosing date n time ? A couple of thing you van try and that is a OS repair, or a system restore to an earlier date, and try and thinkwhat you may have done before the blue screen appeared, did you install anything, run a full scan of your system, to check for vrus's and malware

It could be a number of things. You can try what the others have mention, but before you do give this a try. Run your antivirus program, make sure that it is up-dated, after scanning your computer run your spyware program, if you don't have a spyware program then give this one a try, it is very good and it doe a very good job of getting rid of (spyware, adware, malware, trojan horses, etc.) (http://www.superantispyware.com) and it is free. If this does not help then try what the others here has mention. Good Luck

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . From http://fixit.in/bluescreenofdeath.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info
