What do i need to do when i run CCleaner, to stop it removing my saved passwords?

I have used CCleaner for the first time and it has removed my saved passwords etc.

I would like to know, what i need to do next time to prevent this happening ?

As you haven't stated what browser you are using I am going to assume you are using IE (internet explorer)



Steps:



1) Open CCleaner

2) Click the cleaner tab on the side

3) Click the tab named Windows

4) Under the heading Internet explorer unselect the box labelled 'cookies' and (if possible) the box named 'autocomplete form entry'

5) You are now done

1) Open CCleaner

2) Click the cleaner tab on the side

3) Click the tab named Applications

4) Under the heading Firefox unselect the box labelled 'cookies' and (if possible) the box named 'saved form information'

5) You are now done

Open CCleaner and uncheck the things that you don't want cleaned.



If you use Firefox, you would click on Applications > Firefox and uncheck "Saved Form Information".



For Internet Explorer it would come under the Windows > Internet Explorer category.
