OK, I've asked this question a million times but everyone keeps telling me to download stuff from the internet. ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. When I try to connect it keeps giving me message saying I have malware that can harm my computer.

Someone said they will charge me $100 to fix it, but i Know it shouldn't cost that much should it?

The Malware is obviously blocking you ...try this

and hopefully it will remove the block.

Click on Start, click Run, and then type devmgmt.msc and click OK

On the View menu click on Show hidden devices

Browse to Non-Plug and Play Drivers and you should see something

like TDSSserv.sys….Highlight that driver and right click on it and

select DISABLE……Now RESTART your computer.

Please let me know if this works and i will add some more.

Add to your Q or set up temporary email.

I have no idea how you have written this question if you cannot connect to the internet. The only things I can suggest are based on downloads.

You need to download then put on a cd and in to the problem computer.

ok you can fix it yourself but you will need either:

CD/DVDs, a DVD/CD burner, USB flash drives, external hard drive

using anyone of the above media back up any data that is important to you e.g. music, photos, work stuff etc...

reload OS using recovery disk that came with the computer or restore partition

disk:

insert disk and restart computer press F11 or F12 at the very start of when computer comes back on, you should get a boot menu choose to boot from CD/optical drive and follow instructions to reload OS

ps. if the computer doesn't show a boot menu with F11 or F12, then enter BIOS (F2 or Del at boot up) and change boot priority there, just change it back when OS is finished reloading

partition:

press and hold F8 or F7 at the start of boot up and you should have a menu asking you about safe mode etc..., one of the items on the list will be boot from recovery partition (or similar) select this and then follow instructions

if you don't have recovery disk or partition then you will need to pay someone to fix the computer, if you can get recovery disk as it can help in these situations

Why don't you go to a computer with internet and download a program for free for example:

http://free.avg.com/

or

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx

You need this software to get rid of the infection. Why pay for this service when you can easily get it for free by downloading it onto a memory stick and transferring it.

If you can't enter anti virus websites then you can try using a proxy like http://www.ephr.info to enter those websites and download the client.
