How do I get around a block?

My work blocks almost all websites. There are a few I can get to. I used to be able to go to www.searchengine.com and from there type in anywebsite and get to it. But they have since blocked that also. Does anyone know another website that I can get to and then get to any others from there? Thanks.

searchengine.com is not a proxy, so how could u use it to access other blocked websites? Woooooooot? Is this a searchengine advert? Anyway..



If they blocked everything you used, it is kind of obvious they keep monitoring the internet activity. Furthermore they can easily monitor YOUR activity because you work on THEIR machines and access the internet via THEIR server. And even if you set up your own proxy with any random name they can easily block that one too, if they see you are using it half of the day, they will find out it's a proxy in few hours or less.



The only solution for you is to have a list of proxies and use them randomly, if the server admin is not anal, i mean meticulous, it would be too much work to block them all if you don't use the same one for too long time.

You can use a proxy which can get you around most blocked sites but if your at school or something like I was they end up blocking the word proxy so it wont work. You can also use google's translate system or when you search you can press the cashed link after the URL and it will access a cached version of the page.
