If you submited any relevant data (liek login) to that form (and the form was available before you loging in anywhere - e-mail link doesn't count as login) - contact Paypay secrity ASAP and let your account be blocked. If you have credit cards activated with paypal block them just in case PayPal needs a long time to block your account as well.

ASAP means this instant - not in five minutes!

p.S. If you have a security key generator and didn't submit security questions in place you could still be safe

I would ring PayPal and explain to them what's happened, they'll confirm if they needed that information or not.

Sounds like you've given your details in to a fake website that looks exactly like PayPal. It's the same for World of Warcraft; you're asked to fill in your details when you don't need to, because they're already on the system.

Question? Did you copy paste the actual email that they sent you? There are MANY MANY grammatical issues which usually means an email is fake and from someone whose first language is NOT English. Please tell me that you didn't do anything that they asked without checking with paypal first. I would contact paypal and your bank immediately and alert them so they can be on the lookout for suspicious activity.

It's a scam. I sure hope you didn't fill in the form. If you did, log into paypal and change your password immediately.
