I keep getting this error

I have a vista computer

C:\Windows\system32\stdole2.tlb

Unable to register the type library: RegisterTypeLib failer; code
0x8008201C.
Error accessing the OLE registry.

Clerci retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended),
or Abort to cancel installation.

I tried everything but nothing works PLEASE HELP

It could be that net tools is not compatible with Vista. Are you sure you are using the latest version of net tools?
