Question:
Can I delete the Antispyware Soft virus while it's still running?
2010-05-24 16:38:13 UTC
Through jacking with removing the malware's proxies and using my own I've actually been able to download and run Malwarebytes without killing the process of the virus.
All of the solutions on the internet for killing the process have not worked.
So now I'm wondering will the virus actually be removed if it's still active while I'm trying to remove it?
If not you guys have any original ideas for killing the process?
Thanks for helping me save my computer.

If you can run malwarebytes then it should be able to kill Antispyware Soft's process and remove it from your PC. If not, then use SUPERAntispyware. It's a free program too. Full details on how to completely remove Antispyware Soft from your computer for free on the link below. Good luck!

1. Do antispyware scan in Safe Mode

2. Get HijackThis from TrendoMicro.com and use it to delete the boot files for the virus

3. Do another scan in Safe Mode.
