I run Webfoot Window Washer and every day it deletes 3000 units of Spyware and Tracking Cookies that amount to 60MB. But almost as soon as the software has run they are back again and overwhelming my AVG software and filling the virus vault. Is there anything else I can do?

Hey there...

Unfortunately Spyware is always gonna be there, whether we like it or not.

The best thing to do is to have some form of Spyware Blocker or Remover to try and stop this from happening.

Check my site http://www.antiaffliction.com out. I have reviewed some of the best products available. You will note that I'm still in the process of reviewing more products, yet rest assured that the one's reviewed are some (if not) of the best products available.

If you go to the review of SUPERAntispyware and click on the links it will take you to the Company's website and leave you with the option of downloading the FREE or Pro version. If you are on a budget, go with the FREE one.

If you have any further questions, my contact details are on my site and you are most welcome to contact me directly.

Hope it helps.

Honestly, i dont even know what you are using :O I havent even heard of this Webfoot program. Obviously the problem must be that it doesnt have real-time protection.

IF you would like to have a good anti-sypware program ( free ) :

♣ Malwarebytes AntiMalware

♣ SUPERAntiSpyware

♣ Spyware Terminator

♣ Ad-Aware SE

♣ Spybot Search & Destroy

♣ HijackThis

All of them except HijackThis have real-time protection ( HijacktThis is cleaning registry keys caused by spyware, it can only be used as last resort )

How to set/configure SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how...

use-t121.htm

How to use HijackThis : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how...

Edit : person above me : perhaps your father has the knowledge. But not you. Almost everything you said is a complete bollocks, sorry.

Hope it helped.

Do you've Firefox? If so, Firefox has many monitoring cookies. You can do what different folks have prompt (move to equipment, delete historical past, and so on.). But my concept is that you just eliminate Firefox and get Google Chrome. Google Chrome could be very functional, has no monitoring cookies, very mild weight, and verified to be quicker than Firefox. I did have Firefox and I do have the loose variant of AVG, I regularly deleted the cookies from Firefox, they regularly got here again, so I switched to Google Chrome and I did not remorse it and I promise you will not both ^-^

you know what it sounds like you have a malisious virous on your pc's internal files. you need to have someone rebuild your pc from the ground up it may sound scary but it is the only true way to stop the reaccuring viruses. and it only takes a few hours if they do it right. for further virus protection us enorton antivirus.. be sure to buy it at a astore versus online sources it will help to ensure that no virus fles are attrached to your virus protection. dont down load any viedeos games, etc. off the inter net either because many of them contain harddrive ruining files as well. it sound like you have a multitude of viruses thet work 3 times as fast as you do to deleate the problem. it makes 3 times the problem.

Parasite Invasion & System Hostage counter measures.

There is, unfortunately, no "1 step, 10 second-fix" everyone would love.

Try malwarebytes to clean up your system:

& SpywareBlaster for system wide, realtime protection:

Tsunami's of money hungry advertising schemes are sweeping the entire internet.

Don't let the battalions of external parasites into your system in the first place by taking an active defense posture to stop these guys on the threshold and keep 'em out. These steps will help, but methods (vectors) constantly change.

Use this feature to block unwanted advertising re-direct:

With NS running, down on the far right corner is a blue 'S' with a red line through it: right click that> tick 'forbid -------' &/or mark as 'untrusted'.

(Ticking all may reduce interactive behavior; enable just enough to get what's necessary to view the page)

Rouge malware and server based spyware are becoming indisitnguishable & may cause multi-symptom effects on your system.

And worst of all, this spy/adware, records your clickstream & builds a profile of you with advertising conglomerate jackals.

Requires "Opt Out" and requires EVERY browser on EVERY machine be done...

If you are using Free version of AVG there is only part of your problem.

Normally only the retail versions offer all the functions of a software.

You must have ab up to date antivirus software.

I also use

Spybot's Search and Destroy.

Adaware 2009

This is one way to make sure you are protected.
