if you would like to check you whole cpu I suggest these two FREE anit-spyware, and anti-virus software programs:

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html

AVG Free - http://free.grisoft.com/ww.download?prd=afe

Just boot in safe mode and run those two scans

If you really want to know if you have spyware you need to run a good anti-spyware scanner. rundll is used for many purposes, and you can have multiple processes running if you have different software using it.

If rundll32.exe is running out of C:/Windows/System32 leave it. If it is running from anywhere else it is most likely a trojan.
