download & run free PSI (some of your programs are out of date):

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/detect-vulnerable-programs-with-secunia-psi/

(you want a score of 100%)

I would remove FireBulldog toolbar

then do a scan with free malwarebytes:

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

then go to msconfig & remove what programs are not required on startup.

then because your using a poor AV (AVG 2012) do a free online scan:

if you think all are useless, then i would suggest u can remove-

Acrobat.com

Atheros Driver Installation Program

ATI Catalyst Install Manager

Cisco EAP-FAST Module, LEAP Module and PEAP Module

FireBulldog toolbar

Homepage protection

labelprint

LightScribe System software

LSI HDA modern

anything Microsoft corporation

muvee reveal

power2go

powerdirector

ravenbleu

realtek

your system would do fine without the list above. if that was the list you took up from add or remove programs, then i guess you`d be okay....
