Your computer has been infected with a version of the "cryptolock" virus. What it does is it randomly encrypts files on your computer so that they can not be opened unless you have the "keyu " to decrypt them. They the offer to sell you that key, with the price for the key going up every day as the virus encrypts more and more files.



Any decent virus scanner can remove the cryptolock virus. But they can NOT unlock the files. Even if you pay the blackmail money for the key, you have no guarantee that it will work. Usually it does not.



The files are gone. There is aboslutely nothing you can do to get them. Hopefully you have a backup of your data files somewhere. If not, then they are gone forever.
