my computer has a virus?

i tried to download a movie online and something wrong happened and now this little bubble keeps popping up saying that i have a security problem...and it pops up honestly every 5 seconds. i have windows xp laptop. can anybody help me to get this popup to go away?

don't download that file it has virus . anyway if u wanna download it disable your anti virus and download it and atonce enable your antivirus and scan your system.

if it is, to get the pop ups to go away, just go to your task manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), and end the braviax.exe process. That will calm things down a bit, but the virus is still there and spreading. you'll want to get rid of it with a good program, as well as look into getting spyware/malware remover's/detectors so you can stop this sort of thing from happening in the future. good luck!

the box popping is probably the virus. I like mcafee also. Stick to graboid or watch-movies.net . I've never had a problem with either

Right click on the file you download and scan with your security software.

Sounds like you have a virus. Don't click on it, and don't purchase anything from it. If you don't already have an anti-virus program go to http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html?tag=mncol&cdlPid=10891365 and download avg free. You should be able to remove it with avg.
