Why am i getting tons of spam all of the sudden?

I opened my email today and found a ton of spam. Then later 16 more spam emails came in at the same time. I've never had spam before. Why am i all of the sudden getting so much of it!

There has been a huge increase in spam lately. I have started to use a free programme Mail Washer rated 5 out of 5 by consumeractive magazine. It's worth a try to see if it helps you. It's not perfect but it certainly helps me. Download from http://www.mailwasher.net/

You have signed up to a service requiring your address, your machine has spyware, one of your email contacts in your address book has spyware. Take your pick.
