Use a pop up blocker to block it.

or

you can block it manually under the steps.

Step1

Press the Esc key one time. If this does not help, press Ctrl, Alt, and

Delete keys all at the same time. If a programs screen appears, select end task and left click your mouse one time. If another screen appears select end task and left click your mouse one more time. Hopefully your mission is accomplished with this five second procedure.

Step2

If step one worked for you, you'll probably have to do it again each time you connect to the Internet, but only once per visit, until you go into your computer and delete this file that keeps popping up from your computer.

Step3

If the above procedure is working for you, great. However, they may return again as invisible pop ups. When you're computer appears to be stalling for longer than normal, try the above procedure again, to see if the same program screen reappears. (Invisible pop ups are done away with in the same manner).

Step4

If the procedure mentioned above did not help, disconnect from the Internet. Press Start, then control panel, then Internet preferences.

Delete cookies and search history.

Step5

If the above attempts were not enough, delete the user name and use

another one.

Step6

If the above attempts were not enough yet,

your computer is infected spyware.

Scan your Spyware/Adaware

Step 7

If IE pop up,you can manage your IE by using Cleaner tool.

its a windows feature that is supposed to improve customer satisfaction, it tells you when a program malfunctions and asks if you want to send an error report to Microsoft so they can do something about the problem.

after all that useless background information here is what you wanted to know:

1.

Click on Start and then Control Panel.

2.

Click on the Performance and Maintenance link.

Note: If you're viewing the Classic View of Control Panel, double-click on the System icon and skip to Step 4.

3.

Under the or pick a Control Panel icon section, click on the System link.

4.

In the System Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.

5.

Near the bottom of the window, click on the Error Reporting button.

6.

In the Error Reporting window that appears, choose the Disable error reporting radio button and click the OK button.

Note: I would recommend leaving the But notify me when critical errors occur check box checked. You probably still want Windows XP to notify you about the error, just not Microsoft.

7.

Click the OK button on the System Properties window

8.

You can now close the Control Panel or Performance and Maintenance window.

Most computer errors are born in a part of your system which hardly anyone knows or understands - the registry. This is the central database of Windows, which actually stores some of your computer's most important files and settings. Everything from your latest emails to your desktop wallpaper are kept in this database, making it one of the most used parts of the Windows system.Because it's used so much, the registry database is actually prone to becoming corrupt and damaged, which makes Windows struggle to read the files inside it. Unfortunately, 100's of registry files are corrupted every week and Windows has no way to protect against it - it's this problem which causes most of your computer's errors. The problem is that when these files are corrupted, your PC actually takes longer to read them and often can't read them at all. This causes errors on your PC which seem to appear randomly. You can use a Registry cleaner. http://cleanup-comuter-run-perfectly.com Registry cleaners are tools which have been created to scan through the registry. They work by scanning each file and then checking to see if it's corrupt or causing problems. If they find that it is broken, the registry cleaner will replace or fix the file for you to make your computer speed up and become free of errors. You should have a try! Good Luck!

Assuming you're on Windows, it's likely the windows reporting feature for when programmes fail to work correctly to gather information for finding solutions, or for one particular programme.

It could probably be turned off, but with so many failures, it sounds like you need it. Getting the faults fixed will reduce it's number of appearances.
