all the old 'get spam' websites are no longer operating and I want spam ASAP for a program I am tweaking.
ANyone know where I can get it? Quick and easy mailing lists for e.g.

Check your spambox? That's where I go when I require new affiliate programs, SpamAssassin tests, and anything else.
Quickly getting on a list? You really can't. The major spammers are careful about lists, primarily in the interest of either double opt in legality issues or to preserver good conversion rates.
