Worm.Win.NetSky32 cant get rid of?

Question

My neices or nephews were on my computer, and they opened something up in there email, now i have these pop ups of software, that i wont downlaod, and my computer is getting slower, ive been fighting with McAfee. but theres something wrong with that also. Everytime i log on its fine but when i log on in safe mode, heres errors that wont fix it. So im wondering what do i have to do to get rid of this. Please help me im not good with computers.
