Trojan Virus but says no action required on McAfee scan, what is this?

Trojan Virus detected called Artemis!41EC3DFD9922 but on the virus scan it says No action required but surely this is a Virus ?

File Name : C:\Program Files\Common Files\AKAMAI\RSWIN_3553.DLL

This is probably an autorun worm, If you attempt to remove this file manually, it will come back.

Reboot to safe mode with networking, install it, update it, scan and remove anything it finds.
