You could try a system restore to before you removed it.However the malware may have disabled that too.I would download Malwarebytes Antimalware and the updates ( from another pc), so you wont need an internet connection. Please note MBAM is not an anti virus, but will remove virtumonde, which is what I think you have

Try Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, can you get it?

Hijack This, so you can disable suspicious items, can be handy as well:

If you can't download anything, use a flash drive or a CD and another computer.

Assuming your using Internet Explorer try starting it without add-ons by running:

"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff

I like Firefox better than IE.

get hold of yahoo's antispy software, it's on the yahoo toolbar, run it then go to,

http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html?tag=mncol;pop

for avg.

while you're there, look for advanced system care, zonealarm firewall and spybot search and destroy,

if you can get em installed, run em one at a time, go for systemcare first, takes less time to run and fixes alot.

Lower the security setting to minimum, download firefox and install it, then up the security settings again.

uninstall it and reinstall it again
