ok here's the story, I set up my Zune account on this email at passport.com. I had most of my songs on that same account connected to my Zune. Then my laptop acted up and I had to completely reset my laptop. Then I did download Zune again after the reset of my laptop but I didn't sign in because I had all my songs on my Zune and thought that I didn't need the account, so I just added the rest of my songs onto the new Zune software without an account. Now my brother accidentally resets my Zune and I lost EVERYTHING from songs videos to my games. I got my songs that was added onto my laptop after the problem but I need my original songs before my laptop was fixed. So is there any way that I can get my old password for my original account so I can get my Zune songs back? Also I didn't set up a question and answer for my account so it's hard to reset my password on passport.com... Also do they have a contact number I can call Windows Live ID, and passport.com?
