Virus problems (I've tried everything)?

I've tried everything (I'm no good with computers) to get this off, downloading like 50 virus scans and everything, but no matter what I do, this virus keeps attacking me! Can anyone help?!

before doing anything further set ur system up so ur scanners will be most effective

folder options>view>tick show hidden files and folders untick hide extensions from known file types and untick hide protected operating system

download these 3 programs and save to desktop

turn off system restore

right click my computer>properties>system restore tab>turn off/disable

run smitfraudfix

update superantispyware and turn off its active monitoring

update malwarebytes run a scan

run superantispayware.....

use ccleaner to clean up temp files but in options>advanced uncheck the entry for keed temp files older than 48 hours

if probs persist run scans in safe mode

f8 at bootup

empty prefetch folder

rifht click start>c:windows>prefetch

delete everythig except layout.ini

try updating windows, that might do it, i had this problem with windows 2000 a while ago, as soon as I installed it I would get these messeges, but as soon as I updated windows they went away

http://www.avast.com has a good anti virus calles avast! if u get avast4 u can add skins. :)
