I have read a lot of about how to remove AV Security Suite by using safe mode to change LAN setting and download malware programs but I cannot get a internet connection in safe mode with networking because I have a wireless laptop. Any suggestions?

My guess is that you wireless driver has not started because you are in safe mode. Can you start it manually while in safe mode ? Is your wireless built in or are you using an adaptor/card ?
You obviously have access to another pc.Use that one to download the tools/programs you need, and transfer them, or run them from a flash drive
Use usb flash drive to install malware removal software on your PC. Also, you can try stoping AV security suite processes manually using task manager. Look for processes that are named like garbage. For example sdgsdgsdhgh
Then perform all the steps like in safe mode.

I have a wireless laptop as well this is what you do.
Go in safe mode with just core drivers and graphic interface (the first choice)
go to programs
go to recovery
then follow the steps to revert your computer to a time you did not have the virus
I used this method twice to rid that terrible disease

Okay, just in case below is a link for getting rid of the malware. The easiest thing is to get Malwarebytes Antimaleware (link below). Can you get this without going into safe mode? I don't know but try. Update the Malwarebytes, while still on line, then reboot in safe mode and run a full scan.
If you can't get it or can't install it in regular mode. Go to your router and hard wire your computer then boot in safe mode with networking and get Malwarebytes, update and run a full scan.

And it is going to help restrict diverse viruses from infecting your computing device sooner or later.

If you can't access the internet, follow the instructions at the bottom of my answer. You should be able to access the internet after doing so. Then download Malwarebytes and run a full system scan.
delete these files:
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\\
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application
Data\\.exe
Go to run and type in regedit, then delete these registy entries:
