The two best FREE spyware removal programs are AdAware and Malwarebytes.



Both are available for free at: http://www.download.com



Simple do a search on them and when you get the results, scroll down the page until you see them. Download them (just click on RUN when it appears and each will install) and then let them "update" and then run them.



It is best to run them at least once a week if you browse the web a lot.

I dont trust anything thats supposed to 'Make my computer better' thats free.



But I do trust Microsoft, and they have a Free Virus Remover.
