anti virus software and spyware?

hi experts,

i am using avast free home edition along with spware removal and detect plus zone alarm ,wit you think ,is it enf for my laptop (windows vista original installed on compaq pc)security or do i need to do anything more ,pls tell

looking forward for some guidance from yahoo experts

You might have a clash in protection, spyware removal is a weak program look for hitmanpro for a weekly use it utilizes all the best programs to have an almost unbeatable wall of protection

them files may contradict each other if you have to many anti virus programs they will just compete to get there first and then now work to their best ability



avast is a good choice i use it and find that it never fails so stick with this



zone alarm is good but slows down the computer alot!



spyware removal and detect is pretty poor i sugest malwarebytes anti malware it is a great free program

It's better to stop thinking "antivirus" programs will protect you.

1. Set up and use almost exclusively a limited user account.
