Well I need more information. Did the kitty also eat the snack? Is it still hungry? These are important bits of data necessary. See, if it ate the snack a system restore would be a good idea but if it's still hungry you should go out to the store and buy some cat nip. A 3-pound bag should be alright. Now, you're gonna want to be sure it doesn't um, "Use the restroom" in your harddrive so you'll also need to potty train it. I hope this helps.

Kitty had / ate a snack is a message from Combofix, not a virus. About a year ago combofix was targeted, so it was renamed kitty.exe.

You have a rootkit, a system ( essential file ) was infected. Combofix has found a clean copy and replaced it.

I would remove combofix and everything it placed in qoobox.Redownload the latest version and run again. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

The program is updated regularly, not that its obvious

it really is a chance that the an infection you attempt to get rid of received't let to procure information on the contaminated workstation. if that's the case, then you actually will desire to receive the data requested in this handbook on yet another workstation and then move them to the contaminated workstation. you are able to move the data through a CD/DVD, exterior stress, or USB flash stress. receive and experiment with malware bytes

Download Firefox at first, that's a lot safer and better than Internet Explorer.

Also, make sure your firewall doesn't have any backdoors open and that your antivirus is up-to-date and running.
