Is it possible for the administrator in parental controls to view activity reports for their own user? I say no, but sister says yes..... which one of us is right?

It depends on what parental control you choose. If you use a third party parental controls, it is possible to view the activity report. http://www.parental-controls-software.net/

Well, your sister is right. Parental Controls log everything that happens inside the computer (being both annoying, computer memory hogging, and [if you are over 18] a violation of the law). There are ways around Parental Controls, and there are ways to delete the log history, if one has physical access.

if you have parental controls enable and its password protected then only the administrator can access it and YES it keeps a full log of activity that way they can see what the users have been doing in case anything slipped passed the filter.
