I bought Norton Internet Security for my new laptop but the day after I installed it I went to view a youtube video and it didn't play, it just came up with a black screen. I Googled my this problem and it came up with stuff like 'Clear Cache and Cookies' 'Update Flash' and something to do with firewalls. So I cleared Cache and Cookies and my Flash was the latest one. I then searched on my laptop 'Firewall' and then realised that this problem could be down to the Security that I had just bought. I then checked my security status and it told me that Norton Internet Security was not on. So I re-booted my laptop and the Security was on, however youtube and other videos from the internet were not working and I have got nowhere. Please help!!

Norton system will often block the user from going to his or her chosen websites. I bought the Norton program for a two year period, but I had it for about three months, and uninstalled it. It blocks so many things on the PC.

You need to uninstall Norton, and download the best security system on the market. It is called SuperAntiSpyware. They have a free edition that you can download. It is excellent. It's quick scan checks Memory, Registry, and all Files. If it finds anything that is even a potential, it instantly quarantines it, shows you what it is and then asks you if you want to remove it from your PC.. It discovers, malware, worms, viruses, hacks, Trojans, illegal cookies and everything else. Well worth the download. Excellent company technicians. Very cordially, Mr. Alan Avellar
