I don't know anything about them being reported for misrepresentation. This company has consistently been in the top three for security for as long as I can remember. The only real complaints that I have ever heard personally from friends is that it can hog your system and that it's scanner is really hardcore. Whenever I have had the need to purge my system of a nasty virus, Kaspersky has been the first place I have gone. Scan time can be long depending on the settings you configure. The less detail you set it for, naturally will cause it to take less time. As for me, I really don't care. I just have it run when I am at work, therefore, no issue at all concerning time.
