Sounds serious... This should do :

Here, i have specified 4 programs ( including dl links ). Those programs has been specially designed for REMOVAL ONLY of strong viruses and worms : http://www.ecuhq.com/download-links-f44/virus-disinfection-tools-4-t290.htm

Antispyware would be ↓ ( all free ) :

♣ Malwarebytes AntiMalware

♣ SUPERAntiSpyware

♣ Spyware Terminator

♣ Ad-Aware SE

♣ Spybot Search & Destroy

♣ HijackThis

I`d give special attention to the first 3 programs listed.

How to set/configure SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how-to-use-f32/superantispyware-how-to-use-t121.htm

HijackThis is able to remove malicious registry entries. Pretty useful for final cleaning.

How to use HijackThis : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how-to-use-f32/hijackthis-how-to-use-t67.htm

All available at :

http://www.filehippo.com

http://www.download.com

http://www.softpedia.com

http://sourceforge.net/

How to run in Safe Mode : http://www.ecuhq.com/security-f5/run-com...

You could also try going back in time, using System Restore : http://www.ecuhq.com/tricks-f6/create-a-system-restore-point-checkpoint-t28.htm

If this has been happening for some time now, dont bother going back, but simply destroy all restore points, since virus may be backed up inside.

1. Click Start / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore

2. Look on the left and click on : "System Restore Settings"

3. Check a box, at : "Turn off System Restore on all drives"

4. Click Apply / Yes / Ok

5. Click Start / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore

6. Click Yes

7. Uncheck that box

8. Apply / Ok

Hope it helped.

Watch out! Antivirus 360 is a rogue program designed to infect your computer and steal your identity. It will bombard you with pop ups in order to try and scam you out of money. Avoid installing the software at all cost!

What you need to do is scan your computer with an excellent antivirus program. Not any will do, you need to be able to scan the registry because that is where the pop ups come from. I personally know of a program that removes it very quickly. Give it a shot and scan your computer for free at http://www.spyware-fix.net/antivirus-360-removal.html

I used to have the same problem with u.

The easiest way to remove this spyware is to install a antispyware, you can choose a good, free antispy like Malewarebytes, spyware terminators... then install it and scan the system, Antivirus 360 will be history ^^

You can manually remove it. Go to the following folder and delete the files ( IF have any )

%UserProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Antivirus 360.lnk

%UserProfile%\Desktop\Antivirus 360.lnk

%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Antivirus 360

%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Antivirus 360\Antivirus 360.lnk

%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Antivirus 360\Help.lnk

%UserProfile%\Start Menu\Antivirus 360\Registration.lnk

c:\Program Files\A360

c:\Program Files\A360\av360.exe

Good luck buddy. Remember, you should have an antivirus on your computer. I think the best one is AVG 8 free edition. You can get it at avg.com

OK, let's make it clear. Antivirus 360 can be removed either manually or with anti-spyware application. Manual removal is free, so I prefer this method firstly. Detailed manual removal guide: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-antivirus-360.html

On a CLEAN PC, download to a USB memory stick.

On the infected PC, in SAFE(F8) mode, install & run.

You should be able to uninstall it from the add/remove programs window. Click Start, go to Control Panel, click Add/Remove Programs and it should be in the list. Just click it, click Change/Remove and uninstall it.
