Any other ideas of how I can send the owner of my company an Email without ever having it traced back to me, please let me know.

Copy/paste your letter on notepad save it then Take your laptop (if you have one or borrow someones) and drive around town until you find a unsecured wireless network other than yours connect to it then create a gmail address (gmail does not show IP in mail header like yahoo) while on someone elses wireless network then copy/paste the msg into gmail and click send .
PS it is important to create the gmail account while on the unsecure wireless network because yahoo or gmail logs the IP that creates accounts and if you created the account on your home internet you can be traced. so if they decide to trace it they will trace the IP to someone you most likely do not even know so thats a great way to do it.
Or if you wish you could use this program to mask your IP http://www.torproject.org/ and then create and send the mail with gmail your ip cannot be traced easily or at all with this installed and running properly. check your ip before you install the program to test if it changes after you install tor http://whatsmyip.org/ when tor is running the IP should change each time you refresh http://whatsmyip.org/ .

Don't send an e-mail. Type a letter, get a friend who lives somewhere else to print and post it. This way it can't come back to you.
If I may add, this will not solve your problems. Print a small poster and sneak it on to the notice board, address it to all staff and state you unhappiness with this man. Try to make it positive, constructive and suggest a better way of operating within the office. This way the office as a whole will see this and your boss will be taken down a peg or two. He may also hold a meeting to find the CRIMINAL who posted the notice. This will result in a group discussion regarding the problems. he can't fire the whole office.
I have a lot of experience as a union representative for unhappy staff members and the key to resolving problems is normally routed in ALL staff grouping together and offering POSITIVE solutions to problem managers. Anything else is simply seen by the company as trouble making.

Go to any local place with free public wifi and send the email from there. This is the easiest way to cover your tracks. You can get into more complicated ways such as spoofing your mac address, using tor relays, etc but I don't believe these are necessary for what you are trying to accomplish. Using free public wifi will ensure that you cannot be traced.

You could always send it from a Library. If you wanna be really hardcore, get to the library an hour in advance and wait an hour to leave so when they look at the security tapes you will not be within even 30 minutes of the time it was sent.
But if you dont want it to be from your state, then just arrange for it to be sent from your friend in Hawaii... sounds like you already got a good plan.

confront the ****** i would, otherwise you could do it from a public computer library or PC store? you should create the account somewehere other than your own home. but as i say if he's causing missery to so many people get together the staff and confront him. if he cant keep his employees happy his business if screwed, you are the company, he just manages it. so in essence, your in control. good luck

If the person at the other end simply forwards the e-mail it will contain the origin address
