You have nothing to fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you see any of the four below while scanning,

under >result / infection / change >>>>>>>>>>

kernel32.dll, user32.dll, shell32.dll, ntoskrnl.exe,

then you have no problem whatsoever as

this is normal that AVG shows that files, the MBR or Boot record to have changed. These are done during normal maintainance, when you or windows updates files or have had to correct errors on the drive. The only time that you should worry is if they also show as infected after scan has finished, on the scan report page. Please see link from AVG for confirmation .Some have only 1, others 2>3 or four files <>just moving around.

To get AVG to quit showing them as changed, open the AVG Test Center, click the F3 key on your keyboard and tell it to accept the changes. If it still shows something as changed after this.. delete the file named AVG7QT.DAT in C:\ and AVG will rebuild it the next time it is run,but as it

causes no problem,why bother.

Hope this helps.

She might want to clear out the virus vault. Also I would install (I did) Spybot s&d too. It clears out stuff that AVG cant get rid of.

Delete AVG its a poor AV then do a free online scan:

http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Then download a better free AV:

OR
