Disabling warning message in Outlook Security?

We use a 3rd party software to send email invoices to our customers. Outlook requires us to accept each email - individually. Since there are a few hundred, and we must wait 5 seconds to approve each one, this can take quite some time. How can we disable the warning message, preferably for only one application -- or at least for a certain time period? (The message doesn't give a time period as I've seen in other answers, it's merely Yes to allow or No to deny, no further options).

What kind of warning are you getting, that might help us figure how to disable it

AFAIK it's impossible to disable that warning (once you have the security correction from MS installed in your PC). It's a security feature, and same happens when anybody from anywhere tries to access anything of mail (e.g. even if you access the address-book in gives this msg). Frankly, after seeing teh damage a virus had done about 4 years back, i think it's a good feature.
