By the time you get junk emails, it might already be too late.
What you can do instead for now, is to filter unwanted emails(junk). Most email system would have this function. Check in the options of your email to see if you can have some settings to do with SPAM.
Junks will still come in, but will not get into your mailbox (at least 80% won't). Just deal with the remaining 20% or so.
Tip: Don't release your personal email address readily on the net. That's how junks mail get their destination.

Forward their email to the FTC as Spam. Keep doing it everytime one comes. The FTC will warn them of the Cann Spam Act and that they are facing fines of $1500 per email they send you.
Fighting Back
Con artists are clever and cunning, constantly hatching new variations on age-old scams. Still, skeptical consumers can spot questionable or unsavory promotions in email offers. Should you receive an email that you think may be fraudulent, forward it to the FTC at spam@uce.gov, hit delete, and smile. You'll be doing your part to help put a scam artist out of work.

Hi, If you have anti-spam on your computer, just highlight the e-mails and click on this is spam button and it will go to the spam folder.
I recommend that you just delete them as well from the spam folder..
