First off you dont need a million programs. You need malwarebytes. Google it. It works I promise. You also need a good AV like Avast or AVG to monitor your PC. But malwarebytes will find any bit of malware.

You probably don't have a virus, but you do have some malware that's giving you the popup trying to get you to download and buy their product.

Uninstall all those free web browser add-ons

Uninstall all the extraneous programs you got for free like Limewire & such

Delete all your temporary internet files & cookies

Edit your startup files and delete what you don't need

Run disk cleanup

Download Avira Anti-virus

Download Spybot Search & Destroy

Download Ad-Aware SE personal

Download ZoneAlarm personal edition free firewall

Reboot and uninstall all your anit-virus stuff, all your spyware stuff, and all your malware stuff. De-activate your Windows Firewall

Reboot and install ZoneAlarm, then install Avira, Spybot, and Ad-Aware. Update and scan your computer one at a time.

Run disk cleanup again

Run disk defrag.

Good Luck

Rising Antivirus Free Edition has the qualities and caliber of any popular internet security suites you can think of. (Auto-Protect: File Monitor, Email Monitor, Script Blocker, Active Defense (has many protection shields), quarantine, quiet smart self-update, security audit, and many more features. You will really be satisfied.

Here is one more to add protection (although Rising is already excellent), so this is just optional.

Spyware Terminator. It has real-time protection from both viruses and spyware. It is ClamAV (anti-virus) integrated. ClamAV detects more than 40,000 threats which is outstanding already. Spyware Terminator can scan and remove, immunize, quarantine, update automatically, and much more features. It has several powerful shields that block highly dangerous threats. Also, it comes with the Crawler Toolbar that has a Web Security Guard which repel threats before they enter your computer. This has the caliber any other popular paid (non-free) internet security suites possess. The good part, it is absolutely FREE!!!

Hi

You're computer has a virus. I suggest you boot into Safe Mode - press F8 when your computer starts - and follow this guide:

http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/someones-removal-guide.htm

After that, to prevent future malware, use a free antivirus here:
