I'll just tell you everything that I did on Skype.

So I went on Skype to see if my best friend was online since she doesn't have a phone. I put my status as "Skype Me!" and checked if she was online. She wasn't. So I was about to quit skype and do other random things but then this person said something like, "do you wanna see my penis ***". I was so scared but I replied "no. Who are you" he didn't answer and kept going on about sex stuff... (I'm literally shaking while typing this question)
He asked how old I was and I obviously didn't reply and he called me on video chat a few times and said he wanted me to see him ***. I declined all the times he called me.
Then I blocked him.
Then these two other guys said hi and how are you and things like that. I have no idea who they are and I don't know how they got my skype name. I'm really scared.
I keep getting these messages from people I don't know. Even right now, this second I just got a message from this 16-year-old guy.
Telling my parents isn't an option. But I just want to know how and why they do this.
Please help.

It sounds like someone might have given out your Skype username on a website or something. Do you know anyone who might have wanted to do that to you? Finding people on Skype isn't easy and I don't think they would find you randomly, I suggest waiting it out, or making a new name if it's really scaring you that much. D: I doubt they mean you any harm, so don't be so frightened. But definitely ignore them and block them when they pop up if you don't make a new name.

SKYPE is essentially the most irresponsible organization on the planet. And they consider they will pass public? Not on my watch! I'm going to do the whole thing feasible to make certain that each funding organization, banking residence, and personal investor is aware of how entirely irresponsible Skype is. They haven't any regard for his or her PAYING USERS (of which I am one) -- none whatever. I had been looking to get an reply to a drawback I have for FOUR YEARS. All I get are robo replies that experience NOTHING to do with my drawback. Today's fiasco is so normal of Skype. They have no longer up-to-date their twitter account or web publication for greater than FOUR HOURS at this factor. The final factor they stated used to be ALL IS WELL...good,,,,all is NOT good! The outage persists and Skype is nowhere to be located. If they have been a liable organization they could be having updates to the challenge AT LEAST each hour.

Skype is the best way to make free calls.

You can download the latest version of Skype for free here http://gisgt.com/sw/eng/image-viewers-33/skype-6-13-0-104-11084.html?x=g2

Set your status so that only people in your contact list can IM or call you. To set it so that your friend can call you, if you can "find" her, send her an invite. When she accepts, you will be able to talk. If you can't find her by name, you will have to talk to her in person to get her Skype ID (or convince her to get one).

BTW, those pervs are breaking the Skype TOS - report them to Skype and they will be kicked.
