How to remove "Mystartsearch" search engine? Is it safe one or some sort of malware or virus?

I don't knw how it got installed w/o my notice. Whenever I open a new tab in my firefox, it automatically opens wid the 'mystartsearch' page.

I removed it from from my search engine options, scanned my system wid malwarebytes anti maleware and antivirus scan & removed the .xml file, deleted d cookies & quarantined d source when found during scan wid malwarebytes. Still it shows up now wid d link in address bar & loading sign. But d page is not loaded.

Can anyone tell me how to clean out completely? I don't want the new tab to show up wid the 'mystartsearch' link.
