They said I am allowed to connect to their internet, but it isn't working. I think they may have MAC filtering.

MAC filtering is kindof a big stretch for a website not working.
I would question your reasoning for thinking MAC filtering is enabled.
You can certainly attempt a MAC Spoof if you know what MAC's are "allowed".
If it is an FTP site that is privately operated then I would say that the site might be IP-checking... MAC filtering is just not logical unless perhaps it is a small company site or something and even then there are far better solutions than mac filtering... again, I question what your logic is in thinking this. MAC filtering is sometimes (rarely) used on a router for outbound traffic... but you have said you are connecting to "their internet" so this doesn't sound like a router issue...
I would recommend you simply contact whoever it is that is the administrator of wherever it is you are trying to connect to before messing with your settings, your system, and with theirs.

They need to turn off MAC filtering, allow you to connect, then add you to the MAC filter before turning it back on.

If they are going to allow you to use it, just have them add your MAC address to the list of allowed addresses.
The only way around MAC address filtering is to *spoof* a MAC address that is in the list. But that crosses the line of cracking into someone else's network and is illegal in most places.

No, they'll have to log into the router and disable the mac filter option.
Good luck
