what is mset.exe ?

its on my comps task manager and its flipping out right now and i have no idea whats going on HELP
it wont let me delete it or anything as soon as i do, it comes right back whats going on?

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware free version and install it and run another scan and clean the system.
