How to stop "New Offer!" pop up from showing up?
It's really annoying, cause it keeps popping up randomly, and when I'm listening to music you hear a beeping noise it continuously makes. It's always has the title of "New Offer!" It tells me to claim money. $200, 000 or something like that. This pop up always pops up with Internet Explorer even when I'm not using it. Ex. when I'm using Mozilla Firefox. I've been researching on Google, but I have not yet found any way to resolve this.

These SITES doesn't help me, so don't suggest them to me.

Programs I used that don't work are:
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
Spyware Terminator

If anyone has gone through this or has fixed this problem before, please lend a helping hand.

First you can download Ad-Aware from the link below. scan your computer with it. Ad then you could get Google toolbar from Google.com. You will have to download it seperatly for both Firefox, and internet explorer. It is a good pop up blocker. And then if you want, you can download Avast. Its a virus protector, that also works with malware.

I think you can get rid of the cause pretty easily, it just takes some time.

Since you have IE+Mozilla Firefox, you can use a wide variety of online virus scanners:

A combination of TrendMicro Housecall run in Firefox and Bit Defender (in Internet Explorer) will result in malware-free system with no popups.

For better results, I advise to restart Windows after the first scan is completed.

In msn:

Go to tools, then internet options, then privacy, then sites. Then type in name or web sight and block.

This will prevent it from popping up.

Also use pop up blocker to block.
