well i got caught with it today and i cant admin my own laptop anymore and some people can hack through the tor browser into you and hack your webcam

Safe from viruses, malware, No!
Safe from a web site installing tracking software into your computer to send back details about who you are, No!
Safe from your ISP seeing your searching, Yes!. However they will see that you are using TOR
Remember to reconfigure your DNS settings from the ones give to you by your ISP using Open DNSCRYPT and and DNS leak prevention or they can see your searching if they control your DNS.
THE NSA uses EverCookies to track some TOR users among other techniques.
There is more Advanced TOR simply called AdVor a bit technical but configurable.
I don't think you can watch or download videos on TOR

Only node hosts will likely be able to see that someone has accessed their node, but considering that you will be going through 9 or more nodes at any given moment, you should be good. Nothing in this world is completely secure though.
